REFUND POLICY

Refund and Returns Policy

Thanks for shopping with Aussie Knitting. We hope you are happy with your purchase.


However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Unfortunately, we do not accept return of Knitting Needles and Patterns unless faulty. This is due to a number or returns where the items have been used and then returned. We apologize to all of our wonderful, honest customers. Please contact us to discuss if required.

Please be aware that on all faulty or incorrect items, we will cover any postage incurred, however, "change of mind" returns are to be covered by the customer.


RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@theaussieknittingco.com.au to receive authority, then place the item securely in its original packaging and include: proof of purchase and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return as we cannot take responsibility for lost post. 


REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7-14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service email below to arrange a refund or exchange.


Please Note


If the purchaser considers the goods received to be faulty, the purchaser is to ship them back to Aussie Knitting at their expense. If the fault is found to be genuine these postage costs will be refunded in full and either a refund or exchange goods will be sent at no further cost.


Alternatively, if the product is determined not to be faulty there will be an additional charge incurred to return the goods to you.

CURRENCY & PAYMENT:

All prices shown on the Aussie Knitting online store are in Australian dollars (AUD). 

All payments are billed in AUD. Currency conversions are set by the payment gateway.


All prices are inclusive of GST for Australian customers.
